When to Export

Export when the draft is ready for external review, client delivery, archive storage, or publication outside of a direct integration. Export is also the right choice when your final workflow involves another editor, legal review, or an external CMS that is not directly connected.

When to Share

Share when other stakeholders need to review, approve, or continue working with the content. Depending on your workflow, sharing may happen before publishing or instead of publishing directly from the platform.
  1. Generate and review the initial draft
  2. Complete edits and confirm the title, structure, and accuracy
  3. Export or share only after the content is stable enough for outside review

Best Practice

Treat export as a handoff point. Once content leaves WriterzRoom, make sure the version being shared is clearly named and meaningfully reviewed so downstream collaborators are not working from a draft you already know is incomplete.
