Core Terms

A specialized workflow component responsible for one stage of content generation: Planner, Researcher, Call Writer, Writer, Editor, Formatter, SEO, or Publisher. The Quality Gate is a mandatory enforcement stage, not an agent.
The coordinated sequence of agents that process a generation request.WriterzRoom can use this pipeline:Planner → Researcher → Call Writer → Writer → Editor → Formatter → SEO → Quality Gate → PublisherThe exact route varies by tier and format, but every route reaches the Quality Gate.
The programmatic interface for creating content, checking generation status, retrieving templates, retrieving style profiles, and integrating WriterzRoom into external workflows.

The coordination agent that prepares writing instructions from planning and research context before the main draft is generated.

A versioned production record attached to a generated asset. It records identity, declared and achieved assurance, evidence, compliance findings, quality results, and review obligations from the stages that actually ran.
The access boundary applied to stored retrieval material. The curated vertical corpus is shared and has no user owner. Private corpus documents belong to one authenticated user. Generation searches may use curated material plus that user’s private documents; the external corpus MCP exposes curated material only.
The end-to-end process of creating content from a template, style profile, user inputs, and generation tier.
The selected processing level for a generation request.WriterzRoom supports Quick, Standard, and Premium generation tiers.
The mandatory stage before Publisher. It checks deliverable contracts, vertical policy, evidence requirements, structural quality, and near-duplicate limits. A failed gate does not produce a publishable asset.
A workspace competency used for deterministic review assignment. Supported qualifications are medical, legal, compliance, brand, and editorial. Qualifications are separate from workspace permission roles such as admin, editor, and viewer.
The generation contract expressed as Basic, Reviewed, or Verified. Assets separately record the declared level for the selected tier and the achieved level based on what actually ran. Attested is achieved-only and cannot be selected as a tier.
The system process that assigns generation work based on tier, workflow stage, template needs, and platform safeguards.
A connection or workflow that prepares content for delivery to an external channel or platform.
A unique identifier returned when a generation request is submitted through the API.The request ID is used to check generation status and retrieve completed results.
A workflow for regenerating a specific part of a saved draft instead of rerunning the full generation.
A URL-safe identifier used for templates, style profiles, and API requests.Examples:

The process of evaluating retrieved research material before it is used in generated content.Source quality may consider relevance, authority, recency, and information density.
The boundary between what a style profile controls and what the template controls.For example, a style profile may control tone and voice, while the template controls structure and required sections.
A reusable writing configuration that controls tone, voice, depth, pacing, formality, and audience fit.WriterzRoom includes a growing library of style profiles.
A reusable content structure that defines what the platform should create.Templates control the content type, required inputs, section expectations, and output format.
