Template

Defines the content format and structure. Sets what sections should exist, what inputs are required, and how the output should be arranged. 15 templates available.

Style Profile

Defines how content is written: tone, voice, depth, pacing, formality, and audience fit. 75+ profiles available. Each profile includes a style contract that defines which aspects of output the style controls versus which aspects the template controls.

Style Contract

A declaration within each style profile that defines the boundary between style and template authority. The style contract specifies what the profile controls (tone, framing, evidence density) and what it defers to the template (section structure, word count, output format). Prevents style profiles from overriding template structure.

Brand Voice

A saved profile that captures your organization’s communication identity. Applied on top of the style profile to make content sound like you, not like a generic AI output.

Vertical

A domain-specific configuration that adds industry context to generation. Available for Healthcare/Medical AI, Fintech, Legal, SaaS/Tech, Real Estate, and Entertainment.

Generation

The end-to-end process of producing content from a template + style profile + inputs, processed through the multi-agent pipeline.

Pipeline

The sequence of AI agents that process a generation request: Planner → Researcher → Writer → Editor → Formatter → SEO → Publisher.

Content Library

Your persistent workspace. Every saved draft lives here. Supports editing, section regeneration, export, and publishing.

Section Regeneration

The ability to regenerate a specific section of a saved draft without re-running the full pipeline. Faster and more targeted than full re-generation.

Publishing Integration

A direct connection between WriterzRoom and an external platform (Medium, WordPress, Ghost, Dev.to, Hashnode, LinkedIn, Beehiiv) for one-click content delivery.

Request ID

The unique identifier returned when a generation is submitted via the API. Used to poll generation status and retrieve completed content.

Slug

The URL-safe identifier for a template or style profile, used in API requests (e.g., blog_article_generator, general_blog).
