What this vertical enforces

Each rule is read from the vertical’s configuration and checked against the finished draft at the Quality Gate, before publication. A draft that fails a blocking rule is sent back for revision or the run fails; it is not published with the defect.

Conditional claims	2	Permitted only with the stated support. A condition that asks for a citation or sourced data must be met by a citation within 300 characters; any other condition cannot be checked mechanically and is flagged for a reviewer.
Domain verification	Blocking, 5 verifiers	A verifier finding, or a verifier that could not run, blocks the draft.

Matching is by phrase, case-insensitive. A paraphrase of a forbidden claim is not caught by this rule; it is one reason human review remains required for regulated content.

`regulatory.deadlines`	Checks that a stated compliance deadline agrees with the effective date and period given alongside it, within a few days for counting conventions; it does not establish that the effective date, the period, or the obligation itself is correct, that the deadline is legally operative, or that any authority actually imposes it.
`legal.uscis_fees`	Checks that a fee stated beside a USCIS form number matches a fee in the fee-schedule rows that were checked against Form G-1055; it does not establish which fee applies to the reader’s case, that the schedule has not changed since it was checked, or any fee for a form the checked rows do not cover. Findings are advisory, because the reference is a table this product maintains.

Research policy

These settings shape which sources research gathers and how they rank. They influence evidence quality; they are not checks on the finished draft.

Catalog scope

This vertical permits 36 templates and 26 style profiles. A request for a template or style outside the allowlist is refused (HTTP 422); it is not silently substituted.
