The Press Release template produces a standard news-release structure for launches, funding, partnerships, leadership changes, and public statements. The most important fact leads; background follows. Style profiles that fit: Executive Summary for enterprise, funding, and partnership announcements; Product Launch for a release, feature, or service.

Templates in this guide

Each template’s contract, as configured. Studio names any required input still missing before a run starts. The word range is checked by the editor on Standard and Premium, and the Quality Gate records which required sections it found at every tier; a shortfall in either is recorded in the document’s quality report and does not block publication on its own.
Required sections: Headline; Dateline; Lead paragraph; Body content; Quotes; Company boilerplate; Media contact.

Inputs that change the result

  • Approved quotes. Supply the exact quotes and who said them. Treat any quote you did not supply as a placeholder for the spokesperson to approve or replace; nobody has said it.
  • Figures and dates. Every number, date, and location in the release comes from the brief or the sources. Give them exactly.

Limits

  • The Quality Gate records whether a headline, dateline, lead, quotes, boilerplate, and media contact were found. It does not verify the facts, names, or figures in them.
  • Review legal claims, forward-looking statements, and any quote attributed to a person before distribution.
