Workspace
Profile — Update your display name, bio, company, role, language, and timezone. Email is managed by your auth provider and cannot be edited here. Notifications — Toggle email notifications, browser push notifications, and product update communications independently. Appearance — Choose between four themes: WriterzRoom (default dark navy with electric indigo), Dark, Light, and System. The selection applies immediately across the entire platform.Content
Generation — Set your default content quality tier (Fast, Balanced, Premium), max output length (8K–24K tokens), auto-backup frequency, creativity level (temperature), and auto-save behavior. These defaults apply to all new generations unless overridden at generation time. Brand Voice — View and delete your saved voice fingerprint profiles. Each profile shows its extracted tone, voice classification, and creation date. Navigate to Brand Voice to analyze new writing samples and create additional profiles. Style Profiles — Set a default style profile applied automatically when starting a new generation. The full library of 75+ profiles remains selectable at generation time regardless of this default. Corpus & Verticals — Select the industry verticals relevant to your content. Preferred verticals bias the RAG retrieval pipeline toward your domain during the research phase of generation. API Access — View the platform base URL, copy a ready-to-run curl example for the generate endpoint, and copy your account ID for use in API calls and support requests. Full API reference at docs.writerzroom.com/api/overview.Account
Billing — View your current plan, credit usage and remaining balance, billing cycle reset date, and available upgrade options. Credit pack purchases and plan changes are handled inline without leaving the app. Analytics — Review your generation activity across selectable time ranges (7, 30, or 90 days). Metrics include total generations, estimated words produced, success rate, average generation time, and period-over-period percentage changes. Most-used template is surfaced for the selected range. Publishing — Connect and manage publishing platform integrations including WordPress, Ghost, Dev.to, Hashnode, LinkedIn, and Beehiiv. Security — Enable or disable TOTP-based two-factor authentication. Setup requires scanning a QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password) and confirming with a 6-digit code. Disabling 2FA also requires a valid authenticator code. Account — View your account ID, email, role, and plan tier. Export all generated content and settings as a JSON file. Permanently delete your account — this action cancels any active Stripe subscriptions, removes all generated content, and cannot be reversed.Team & Workspace

Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone, typeDELETE to confirm, and submit. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically before the account record is removed. Export any content you wish to retain before deleting — content cannot be recovered after deletion is complete. You can also request deletion by contacting support@writerzroom.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
