Assurance Posture
A single banner leads the page, stating in plain language how many of your verticals enforce blocking, how many recognized objects verification has actually decided (versus leftundecided), and how many blocking violations were caught before publish. undecided is reported as its own outcome — never folded into a pass or a violation, since a coverage gap and a clean result are not the same thing. A compact credits indicator sits beside it, showing your remaining balance against your monthly allocation with a link into Workspace for full credit history; an Export posture report button downloads the full assurance payload as JSON.
Verification coverage
Pooled verified / in-violation / undecided split across recognized objects this period, with the raw counts and finding total.
Stopped at gate
Blocking violations caught before publish. Higher means the gate is doing its job, not that quality dropped.
Claims with evidence
Share of claims that cite a retrieved source, out of the total claims recorded this period.
Reviews within SLA
Share of pending reviews still inside their SLA window, with breached and due-in-24h counts called out separately.
Published still valid
Published assets whose sources still check out, out of the total published, with review-recommended and broken-source counts.
Throughput
Generations, words, median duration, and credits spent this period.
Setup Checklist
New accounts see a setup checklist above the assurance posture banner, tracking the four steps that take an account from empty to producing governed, published work:1
Run your first workflow
Pick a specialist workflow and produce a first governed draft.
2
Add a brand voice
Upload a writing sample so every generation matches how your team already sounds.
3
Connect a publishing target
Link a destination so approved drafts can ship without leaving the platform.
4
Publish a piece
Take one draft all the way through review to a published state.
Completion is read from your workspace rather than recorded when you use the checklist. Adding a brand voice profile from the Brand System page marks that step complete whether or not you arrived through the checklist, and deleting your only profile marks it incomplete again.
Needs a Decision
Approvals, validity scans, coverage gaps, and policy exposure are merged into one queue, ordered breached SLA first, then broken sources, then due within 24 hours, then unresolved exposure, then informational gaps. Each row shows its severity, an optional qualification role (Medical, Legal, Compliance, Brand, Editorial), a due-by countdown where one applies, and a direct action link into the screen where it’s resolved. An empty queue is shown as a distinct, explicit state rather than an absence of content.Review Load
Beside the decision queue, a compact panel breaks down pending reviews by qualification role, with a breached-versus-pending bar per role and a link into the full review queue.Vertical Posture
A table of every vertical in the catalog — not only the ones your workspace uses — showing enforcement mode (blocking or advisory), the active verifiers, pooled coverage, asset count, how many objects were stopped at the gate, and how many remain undecided. Your workspace’s own vertical is marked; the rest of the catalog stays visible for context. An advisory vertical that found violations it could not block reports its stopped count as0* rather than a clean 0, since advisory enforcement cannot stop a publish.
Recent Production and Governance Log
Recent production
A table of your most recent generated content — title, vertical, assurance state, and status — with assurance traveling alongside each row rather than requiring a second lookup, and a shortcut into the full Content Library.
Governance log
Review decisions, validity scans, and recorded activity, merged from three sources into one feed, newest first.
How to Use It Well
Use the Dashboard as a planning screen before generation.1
Check the assurance posture banner
Confirm how much of your recent output verification actually decided, and how much remains undecided.
2
Confirm remaining credits
The compact credits indicator beside the posture banner shows your balance against your monthly allocation; open Workspace for full usage history.
3
Work the decision queue
Resolve breached reviews and broken sources first — they’re ranked to the top for you.
4
Check vertical posture
Confirm the verticals you actually generate in are enforcing at the level you expect.
5
Review recent production and the governance log
Reopen any recent drafts that should be refined instead of regenerated from scratch, and confirm review/validity activity matches what you expect.
When to Visit the Dashboard

- Before large generation runs
- When the decision queue has open items ranked above informational gaps
- When you need to confirm remaining credit balance
- When you need to reopen or continue recent work
