Content Health, under Intelligence in the sidebar, is the reader for validity monitoring: continuous re-checking of published, source-grounded assets against the evidence they cited at generation time.
Only published assets with a recorded source manifest are monitored. Content with nothing to check against — nothing cited, nothing published — never appears here.

Statuses

A finding stays visible until a human acknowledges it or the underlying evidence changes — acknowledging does not erase the finding, it records that someone has seen it.

Working the Register

Filter by status, or by Needs attention (anything not valid and not yet acknowledged). Each asset shows its findings — which source, and what’s wrong with it — with a direct link out to inspect the source itself, and a link into that asset’s dossier for the full record.
  • Scan now re-checks a single asset immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled pass.
  • Acknowledge clears an asset from “needs attention” without altering its findings; a new problem on the same asset resurfaces it.

Asset Dossier

Open the full passport behind any monitored asset.
