The command palette is a single search field that reaches everything in the workspace: navigation, your content library, the template catalog, and actions on whatever you currently have open. Open it with ⌘K on macOS or Ctrl+K elsewhere, or select Search at the top of the sidebar.
The palette is available on every signed-in page. It is not shown on public marketing pages.

What you can reach

Navigate

Every workspace destination — Command Center, Studio, Library, Calendar, Specialist Workflows, Templates, Verified Artifacts, Review Queue, Brand System, Publishing, Analytics, and Integrations.

Your content

Search your library by title and open a piece directly. Content is loaded the first time you open the palette.

Templates

Search the template catalog and open one straight into Studio.

Current item

While a piece of content is open, the palette also offers actions on it: archive or restore, toggle favourite, and export as Markdown.

Keyboard shortcuts

The new-workflow shortcut is suppressed while you are typing in a field or in the editor, so it cannot interrupt drafting. The palette shortcut itself always works.

Actions on the current item

Item actions appear only while a specific piece of content is open — on the content view or its editor, not in the library list. The palette reads that item’s current state directly rather than relying on cached search results, so Archive and Restore always reflect what the item actually is.

Theme

The palette includes a theme toggle, which switches between light and dark without a trip to Settings.
