# Privacy

> How WriterzRoom collects, uses, and protects your data.

WriterzRoom is built for professional content workflows. Privacy is part of product trust, account safety, and responsible content operations.

This page explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how users can manage privacy-related requests.

## Data We Collect

Payment details are handled directly by the payment processor and are not stored on WriterzRoom servers. WriterzRoom uses session cookies for authentication and does not use advertising cookies.

## How We Use Data

WriterzRoom does not sell personal or content data. WriterzRoom does not use private workspace content to train WriterzRoom-owned AI models. WriterzRoom does not store payment card details on its servers.

## Third-Party Services

WriterzRoom uses trusted service providers to operate core platform functions, including:

* Payment processing and subscription management
* Authentication
* AI generation and editing
* Research enrichment and source discovery
* Email delivery
* Infrastructure hosting
* Reliability monitoring and diagnostics

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the relevant platform function.

## Security

* TLS encryption in transit
* Managed encryption for data at rest
* Encrypted handling of publishing credentials and API-related secrets
* Authenticated session management
* Restricted production access controls
* Platform monitoring and incident response procedures

## Data Retention

Account and content data is retained for the duration of your subscription.

Upon account deletion, your content and personal data are removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law, billing obligations, dispute resolution, security, or abuse prevention.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting [support@writerzroom.com](mailto:support@writerzroom.com).

## Regional Rights

**CCPA, California residents:** WriterzRoom does not sell personal information. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

## High-Sensitivity Work

If your workflow involves protected health information, legal privilege, regulated financial data, or similarly sensitive data classes, confirm fit before using the platform for that purpose.
