The **Decision Log**, under Intelligence → Planning & Governance in the sidebar, lists decisions that have already been made, newest first. It complements the **Needs a decision** queue in [Command Center](/product/dashboard), which shows only what is still open. Once an item is decided it leaves that queue and appears here. ## What it includes * **Reviews**: approvals decided in the [Review Queue](/product/review-queue), with the reviewer's notes * **Regulatory proposals**: accept and reject decisions on a case's proposals, with the recorded reason * **Regulatory changes**: changes in [Regulatory Radar](/product/regulatory-radar) marked reviewed, actioned or dismissed * **Experiments**: conclusions, with their verdict, and patterns promoted or retired in [Experiments](/product/experiments) * **Sources**: source revocations, version pins, and access granted or removed * **Localization**: required items attested on a [localization](/product/localization) variant Each entry links to the record it came from. The log reads those records; it does not create a separate copy of them. The log covers decisions on records you own, or that you made. Decisions another member of your organization made on their own work are not included. A publish stopped by a [policy](/product/policies) is not listed, because that block is returned at the time but not stored. If a record type cannot be read, or a range holds more entries than the log shows at once, the page says so instead of showing a shorter list as if it were complete.
